It is available in different grades, different thicknesses, and different sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While both <strong>MDF and Plywood<\/strong> may appear similar, both have their strengths and weaknesses. You can decide which one to use for your project by analysing their advantages and disadvantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Which_one_is_stronger\"><\/span>Which one is stronger?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<\/td><td>\n<h4>MDF<\/h4>\n<\/td><td>\n<h4>Plywood<\/h4>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n<h5><strong>Hardness<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/td><td>\n<h5>MDF is not as hard as plywood.<\/h5>\n<\/td><td>\n<h5>As it is made up of multiple layers of veneer, plywood is comparatively a hard <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zadinteriors.com\/blog\/pros-cons-of-pvc-wood-kitchen-cabinets\/\"><strong>material<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/h5>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n<h5><strong>Susceptibility to damage<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/td><td>\n<h5>If handled roughly, it suffers damage easily.<\/h5>\n<\/td><td>\n<h5>It is less susceptible to damage.<\/h5>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n<h5><strong>Weight<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/td><td>\n<h5>MDF is denser and weighs considerably more than plywood.<\/h5>\n<\/td><td>\n<h5>It is comparatively light in weight.<\/h5>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n<h5><strong>Sagging<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/td><td>\n<h5>MDF is less stiff than Plywood.
